01What is a scheduled website security service?
A scheduled website security service cleans, hardens, and maintains your website on a recurring, agreed-upon interval — not a one-time emergency fix.
02How long does cleanup and recovery take?
It depends on how extensive the damage is and how quickly access is provided. Part of the timeline also depends on your own side — granting hosting access or rotating leaked credentials — which is outside our control.
03Is it guaranteed my site won't get hacked again?
No security service can guarantee that. What we do is close the gaps we find and harden the system within the agreed scope, then check it again on schedule.
04Does this include 24/7 real-time monitoring?
No. This is a scheduled security check at an agreed interval, not real-time monitoring around the clock.
05Is it guaranteed the gambling-spam content disappears from Google right away?
No. Review and re-indexing timing is entirely Google's decision. We submit and support the request, but we can't guarantee the outcome or when it happens.
06Is this an emergency service?
No. All work is scheduled, not same-day. If your situation feels urgent, say so in the form and we'll tell you the nearest available slot.
07What if I don't know how to grant your team access?
